Dolly & Stitch is a small, one-girl-run, and all-things macramé fashion business. I always do my very best to provide high-quality products that you will love. I want my customers to be completely happy with their purchases. If you're not happy with your order, please contact me WITHIN 14 DAYS of receiving your products and I will be happy to find a solution.

 

I will be happy to exchange any product that you're not happy with, so feel free to contact me to make sure you have everything you need to make the right choices about the colours and styles of your purchases. All items for exchange must be unused, unwashed, and returned in the original packaging. The cost to return the purchase will be the customer's responsibility.

All items that are received that have been damaged in shipping will be fully refunded, and the cost of shipping will be dealt with by Royal Mail. All items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging. In this case, please contact me within 48 hours.

 

All items that are used and become faulty e.g. fixings that become loose, will be mended, exchanged, or refunded within 30 days. The cost of shipping will be my responsibility. If you need a gift receipt, please contact me at the time of purchase and I will be happy to provide one.
